What is  micro-tubes demister?

Micro-tubes Demister, is a new type of high-efficiency dust and mist eliminator developed based on the separation principles of conventional tube bundle demister. 

Compared to conventional tube bundle demister, the diameter of the separation tubes is approximately one order of magnitude smaller, and the separation performance is several times better. 

The particulate concentration at the outlet of a single layer of micro-tubes demister  is about one-third that of a four-stage conventional tube bundle demister, thus eliminating the need for multiple stages in series. 

It offers various technical and economic advantages such as lower resistance, reduced emissions, easy maintenance, compact space, and lower costs.

The nominal diameter of the separation tubes in conventional tube bundle demister is 0.3-0.5m; the height of a single stage is 0.5-1.2m; generally, 3-4 stages are used in series.

The nominal diameter of the separation tubes in micro-tubes demister is less than 0.1m; the height of the separation tubes is less than 0.5m; they offer high separation efficiency without the need for multiple stages in series.

In terms of performance, structure, and appearance, micro-tubes demister  differ significantly from conventional tube bundle demister. It is an independently innovative technology, and the patent for invention has been granted.
